Who we are

What we collect and why

Booking a stay: your name, contact details and payment are handled by our booking provider (Hospitable) and their payment processor — we use these to manage your reservation and stay in touch about it.

Enquiry forms and calls: if you enquire about property management or investment, we keep your name and contact details so we can respond and follow up.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties beyond the service providers needed to run bookings and communication.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time — email zoya@hamzopi.co.uk and we'll action it promptly.
